CAN I STILL ORDER 3D WALLPAPERS?

Unfortunately, no. Due to inability to personally oversee and control the quality of the 3D pioneer printing, we no longer produce 3D wallpapers, however we decided to print on beautiful all natural matte paper, that is easier to paste and gives us more space for color exploration. This doesn't mean that someday we won't come back to it, however we would like to provide our customers with best possible support and guarantee the highest quality of the printed materials.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, choose the items, click on the product image, check the desired option when available and the quantity of each item and click on buy. If there are more items, click BACK TO STORE and continue with your choices. Once this step is completed, check the items included in your cart and click FINISH. Fill in the billing address which, in the case of purchases with a credit card, must be identical to the one provided by the card company. Fill in the delivery address and choose the shipping method, payment and enter your card information if requested.

Check your details to ensure everything is fine and click FINISH.

Your order is placed and subject to approval of the purchase by card or clearing the bank slip if you choose.

I DON'T LIKE IT, CAN I CHANGE?

If you didn't like the product or it isn't the size you want, no problem. We carry out the first exchange at no cost within 07 days (seven days) from the date of receiving the order. The products must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the invoice. Send an e-mail to sanja@fuchsdachs.com with the order number, customer name, and a brief report on the exchange request. If it is within the parameters informed above, the procedures will be sent in the reply to this same email.

I DIDN'T LIKE IT, CAN I GIVE UP THE PURCHASE AND RETURN?

If you didn't like the product and want to give it up and it's not an exchange, we'll do it at no cost. The deadline for requesting is 07 days (seven days) from the date of receiving the order. The products must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the invoice. Send an e-mail to sanja@fuchsdachs.com with the order number, customer name, and a brief report on the return request. Reversals will be made in up to two subsequent invoices in the case of purchases via credit card or bank deposit in the case of bank slip.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOW WHAT?

If the product came defective, do not use it! Write to  shop@fuchsdachs.com with a photo of the defect. You have up to 10 days from receiving the order to get in touch. After this period, we can no longer proceed with the exchange, reversal or repair. In cases of stains after cleaning with dump cloth, we do NOT accept or refund the returns. If some rolls have been pasted to the wall, we do not accept returns or refund the rest of the rolls. 

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY WALLPAPER?

All our pieces are accompanied by composition notes with washing instructions for better care and conservation.
